Our cottage is set in the corner of a 100 acre mostly wooded tract in rural Floyd County. The site is open, but surrounded by mature trees. You will enjoy the quiet private setting. Our cottage is good for couples and small families. The Town of Floyd, six miles away, hosts restaurants, a coffee shop, and gift shops. The Floyd Country Store hosts the renowned Friday Night Jamboree featuring local bluegrass, while other restaurants host a variety of music on weekends and during the week.

Huge (450 sq. ft.) deck overlooking Ellett Valley, Approximately 3 miles from Blacksburg No smoking. Cats and dogs OK. Cottage and loft can be rented as a combination or separate as they are on the same unit but have separate entrances. NO barking dogs!

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). Home Sweet Hokie is 8 minutes from VT, 15 minutes from RU and less than 1 mile from the CHRISTIANSBURG AQUATIC CENTER. This charming Cape Code is settled on a quaint street, readily accessible to VA Tech and our families favorite, Lane Stadium. On a one acre corner lot, we welcome guests to relax and experience the Appalachian Mountains and its treasures like hiking, wineries or tubing on the New River. All new beds and decor.

We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood across from Kroger, shops, an arcade, & theater on South Main. Ideal for about 3-4 people considering just the 1 bathroom but can sleep up to 6 for bigger families.
