Appartamento in villa antica

Rilassati in questo grazioso appartamento situato in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Minusio. L’alloggio si trova a circa 150 metri di distanza dal lago. Con una breve passeggiata lungo la famosa stradina rossa di “Via alla Riva” potete raggiungere Muralto, Locarno, Tenero. A pochi passi vi è la presenza di supermercati come Coop e Migros. Zona blu (parcheggi pubblici) per quanto concerne i parcheggi, presente in zona ed a pagamento. Stazione del treno di Minusio a 300 metri dall’alloggio.

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

An einer ruhigen Lage am Hang oberhalb Locarno befindet sich das Zweifamilienhaus, welches wir bis Ende März 2020 komplett umgebaut haben; ein wahres Bijou ist entstanden. Es verfügt über verschiedene sonnige und schattige Plätzchen rund ums Haus und eine wunderbare 180-Grad-Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore und Locarno Siehe auch unsere zweite Wohnung "Bijou Cimetta" im gleichen Haus. Atelierwohnung, naturnah, zentral, ruhig

Unsere Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tenero im Erdgeschoss eines neu erbauten Hauses. Ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstrasse in der Nähe ist. Eine gedeckteTerasse und eine Liegewiese gehören dazu. Der grosse Garten mit Feuerstelle kann mitbenutzt werden. Es ist alles komplett barrierefrei. ID 860
