The entire flat has been renovated with a focus on sustainability: water-saving taps, energy-saving lighting, containers for separate waste collection and a central smart home system to limit consumption. All the rooms in the house have high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, radiators and LED lights. The living room with open kitchen is bright and spacious, also suitable for dinners for 6 people. The numerous lighting points allow you to create different atmospheres depending on your needs. The comfortable sofa quickly converts into an extremely cosy bed to accommodate two additional guests and has its own light point for reading. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, cooker with induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, utensils, crockery, fridge, freezer and a state-of-the-art microwave oven. Both double rooms are equipped with the latest generation of anti-bacterial memory pillows and mattresses to guarantee the best rest and cleanliness. Completing the furnishings are large three-door wardrobes with internal mirrors, a desk, shoe rack and 43-inch full HD smart TV. Each room also has its own private bathroom with a shower with chromotherapy, a large walk-in entrance and a resin shower tray.
