The Boathouse Wheel Room is a new self contained unit offering a bedroom with a queen bed overlooking the canal, living room, kitchen and a deck with chairs on the canal. There is a keypad private entry. The property backs to the Catharine Trail and is within walking distance of town and the state park. Enjoy bird watching from your deck as you wants boats pass by. Pet friendly with net proceeds benefiting animal rescue groups through Dogged Perseverance non-profit, which runs Camp Dogged.

Welcome to our Guest house.(Klines Cottage) Our Guest House is the perfect place for 2 or a family of 4. If your 2 adults looking to explore the Finger Lakes. This is the place to stay. With the wine trail at your finger tips. If your a family of 4(5 with an infant) look no futher this is the place to stay we have a Queen sofa bed that is located in the open kitchen living room.(with a prviate bathroom and laundry area) your kids won't want to leave after you check out the backyard.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Equipped w 4 large bedrooms, 2 Living rooms & a very unique game room. You will have plenty of space stretch your legs. The 4-acre grounds make for peace & privacy. Head outside on the large deck to enjoy the fresh air and do some grilling. This beautifully decorated home comes equipped with plenty of amenities. If you have a larger group, book our sister property next door too, Gracie's House.

Catharine Cottages (#1 Seneca)

Find luxury inside and nature outside. Cottage 1 has a double bed in one corner, a trundle bed in the opposite corner and a private bath. Additionally find a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker with coffee/tea supplied. We offer a welcome basket with oatmeal, muffins, popcorn, nuts, local cheese & jam, and fruit. Outside there is a covered porch with rockers and a picnic table with a private fire pit and charcoal grill. We supply firewood ($4 a bucket) and charcoal (free).

Village Living, Steps From the State Park Gorge

Former hostel in Watkins Glen a block away from the Watkins State Park Gorge, short distance to shops, restaurants, and Seneca Lake! Unassuming decor in a quaint village home. Ample free parking both in the private parking lot and on the side street. Main street location is great for convenience and proximity to activities, but does come with some traffic noise. The AC does help with that but if you are not used to the hustle and bustle please plan accordingly.

Queen Catherine Apartment Suite

The Roost is comprised of 3 private apartments all on the 2nd floor of our downtown building. The Catherine suite is a curated two bedroom apartment, full of vintage finds and cozy amenities. Just blocks from Shequaga Falls, a stunning cascade right downtown. As you walk this small town main street you will find basic necessities, including brews and coffee. Montour Falls is central to all that the Finger Lakes has to offer, and minutes from Watkins Glen.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Much of the Finger Lakes area is within a short ride. You will have access to many wineries, lots of hiking trails, Watkins Glen International Race Track, historical sites and several colleges. Beautiful gorges, waterfalls and parks are in abundance.
