Welcome to this beautiful and inspired mountain home. Located in a quiet spot in Black Mountain, NC, this home is the definition of quiet luxury. Bordered on two sides of the house by wooded areas, sit on the second story balcony and enjoy birds singing. We are located approximately a 10 min walk from Lake Tomahawk and a 15-20 min walk to the edge of downtown Black Mountain (pace dependent). Asheville is about a 18 min drive. Fenced yard for kids and pups. Up to two pups welcome with a $75 fee.

We're so happy to be hosting again post Hurricane Helene! This home was NOT damaged by Helene, but our road took a beating. More than 1,000 miles of WNC roads had extensive damage in the storm. NC-9 that leads to our property and our gravel road experienced major landslides. The roads are passable by all types of vehicles, but are still regularly under construction. It may take years for all of the roads to be repaired and we thank you for your grace and patience as we rebuild. #wncstrong ♥️

Enjoy slow pace

This is a 1940's stone cottage. Great fenced in yard with covered area with fire pit, grill, and seating and eating area. Great place to relax and let your worries roll away ( my personal favorite is the Eno hammock). The house also has a great front porch with porch swing. The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It also has sleeper sofa and cot for little ones. It is one mile to downtown and one mile to Montreat college . Pets are welcome, a maximum of 2 dogs, there is a $50.00 pet fee .

The location of the house is ideal for day trips to Asheville, exploring downtown Black Mountain, visiting Montreat, or hiking & biking in the nearby national forests.

Holly Berry Haven is FRESH and BRIGHT and designed with you in mind. It is the perfect mountain getaway in an easy access location. Private, isolated, yet close to all Asheville and Black Mountain has to offer. Fire, Police, EMT 1 mile away. Quiet mountain trails out your door.
