This clean and comfortable retreat offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a welcoming living area with a queen-size sofa bed, for extra guests. The apartment is part of a 90 acre fruit and veggie farm in beautiful Hotchkiss. The space is adjacent to our commercial kitchen, which is used to make jam, pickles etc. from the farms produce. There are two bedrooms, an open living/dining space, and a bathroom with a shower. The views of the mountains are outstanding from the large windows, and we are conveniently located on Highway 92. Lots of space to take walks and see farm life in action! Aspen and Telluride are both about 2 hours by car.

Attached to our 100+ year old house, this upstairs unit features a sunny deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or al fresco dining. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed with a full and twin mattress in the other, as well as a full-size sofa bed in the living room. With room for up to 5 guests, we've found that it best fits families or up to 3 adults comfortably.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.
