Clepington Victorian Villa

We are a creative family offering comfortable accommodation in our home, built in the 1870s with period features and beautiful original ornate Victorian cornice decoration. You have a large light 32 sq meter room that has a very comfy double bed and a double sofa bed. There is a table and chairs in large bay window where you can have breakfast and/or use as a working space .There is off road parking at back of property and we are well located for golfing in Carnoustie or St Andrews.

It's a beautifully renovated Victorian villa, on the edge of the much loved Scottish highland town of Ballater in the heart of Royal Deeside and the Cairngorm National Park. An old but beautiful Scottish castle dating back to 1376. Near the beach in the quaint coastal village of Inverbervie. Within easy driving distance of several golf courses, other historic buildings and castles, including the world famous Dunnottar Castle, as well as several nature reserves. Hallgreen castle is an authentic 14th century castle, with an olde world feel and many period features.

Balgavies Home Farm is set in the beautiful rolling Angus countryside within the Lunan Valley.
