My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

The townhome features, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, bright and airy rooms, an unfinished basement with washer, dryer, and plenty of storage for your mountain bikes, ski equipment, etc. Enjoy!

CrossRoads Cottage, established in 2013, is a small cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, tv room/bedroom and kitchen. Guests have the convenience of the entire house. Note: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the cottage. Note: Price includes up to 4 guests at the cottage. Each additional guest will be $10 extra to accommodate for food, linens, and water useage. Note: There will be a $250 fee for smoking and/or pet violations

Irene's Place - Large Riverside Victorian Home

Charming 120-year-old Victorian home in located in downtown Parsons within the border of the Monongahela National Forest. About 20 mins southeast of Davis, it's just a short drive from Canaan Valley, Timberline Ski Resort, Blackwater Falls, & a large network of trails & stunning scenery. Accommodations include 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry & parking, Wi-Fi, & a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bed & bath linens provided. Dogs only for a fee.

Paths to hike, trails to bike and fish to catch. Seneca Rocks, diverse eateries, unusual shops, Blackwater Falls and Canaan State Parks, Dolly Sods, four ski resorts, Otter Creek, four excursion trains, a dinner music theatre, four festivals,and the National Radio Astronomy Observatory are all nearby.

Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. We do not offer a TV. Near Elkins.

This 2500 square foot log home is nestled in the saddle between two peaks on 40 wooded acres. Overlooking the Laurel Creek Valley from the expansive porches or making memories around the fire, there is something here for everyone. The well stocked kitchen with everything a gourmet cook needs to the beautiful custom granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are perfect for preparing large meals for your family and friends. And we finally have WIFI!

Wintertime readiness: When we have snow, 4-wheel or All-wheel drive will be best. Watch the weather. Un plug at Tree House. The cabin now has Wi Fi. There is also a DVD player w/ DVDs. A 15 minute drive takes you to Thomas, WV for food and art and music. Five more minutes and you are in Davis for Blackwater Falls State Park. A few more miles down the road find two alpine ski areas and White Grass Ski Touring Center.

It lies at the edge of the Dolly Sods wilderness, has forest views from every room, and a sauna. The location provides easy access to tons of hiking and is only 2.5-3 hours from Washington DC. It's as close as you can get to Dolly Sods without camping! 4WD needed in the winter.
