The house features a heated pool that reaches 104 degrees, ideal for all seasons. Built in 2014, the house includes central air, three Ultra HD TVs, and wireless speakers. The dining table seats 10, with an outdoor living room, grill, & gas firepit. Each spacious bedroom offers plush bedding & ceiling fans.

MOODY BEACH HOME less than ½-mile to public pedestrian access! This Ranch-style home is perfect for entertaining family and friends. Relax on the over-sized rear deck or sit on the front porch overlooking the quiet private road and marsh peak-a-boo views across the street. Rinse off the sand in the private outdoor shower. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

Very white, bright, and clean and can sleep up to 12 people. Amazing views and location, and it's one of a kind. The sunrises and sunsets can be seen on both sides of the home. The kitchen is stocked with everything from a microwave to a blender...you'll have what you need...and parking for 4 cars.
