The Stables

The original stable to historic 160 year old Telegraph House has been renovated to a self contained one bedroom guesthouse with new en-suite , living area and well equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, cooktop and coffee machine. The living area has a wood burner fireplace, table and chairs, sofa, television, internet (NBN) and French doors opening onto verandah. The property has a secure yard and stall for a horse - $20 per night - and plenty of secure off street parking for a rig.

Whether you want to relax by the river in summer or curl up next the indoor or outdoor fire in winter, Roma Cottage is the perfect retreat. Located approximately 12km NE of Moonan Flat.

Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. We have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, one which splits into two singles.

The Old School Weather Shed, Gundy

The Old School Weathershed is located in the small and vibrant village of Gundy, 20km east of Scone in the Upper Hunter. Boasting lovely scenery, horse studs, cycling and bushwalking it is a beautiful, tranquil part of NSW with plenty to see and do. The Old School of Gundy was built in the late 1800's and converted to a stunning home in recent times. The Weather Shed is the children's playground shelter, beautifully converted into luxury guest accommodation.

Smokey Cape Retreat

Our couples retreat includes a high-end featured house, sleeping only two, on a luxurious King Bed. Enjoy a couples shower overlooking some of the most beautiful scenery including the Great Dividing Range or a relaxing afternoon bath on the deck while enjoying a drink and the beautiful colours of the New England sunsets.
