Eagle's Nest Cabin on Salmon Creek

The perfect location for your family's Seward adventures! Just over a mile from town while still being in a quiet, wooded neighborhood (and avoid the city bed tax). An eagles nest on the property is above Salmon Creek and, depending on the year, American Bald Eagles use the nest to raise young. You'll be a short drive from the grocery store, Exit Glacier, and the Alaska Sealife Center. Enjoy the full kitchen, outdoor grill, and fire pit. A short path crosses the 1 acre property to Salmon Creek.

This glass-front Aframe cabin was completed March 5, 2020. Its modern appeal includes a master bedroom downstairs, a loft bedroom upstairs, and a sofa couch in the living area for a comfortable max of 6 people. The units also include a beautiful wet room, clawfoot tub, wood pellet stove, kitchenette, and private deck. Set 6 feet off the forest floor, this naturally lit cabin has an especially enchanting canopy view of Resurrection Bay. Salted Roots Cabins offers 5 private nightly units.

Kobuk’s Kabin: Clean, Comfy, and Dog-Friendly

Woof, hi, I’m Kobuk the Saint Bernard! Welcome to my log cabin! It’s super cozy, away from the downtown hustle-bustle, and a short walk to the beautiful 16-mile Lost Lake Trail, where I love to hike, wade in streams, and roll in snow. My dog-friendly cabin is in a popular all-season adventure spot for mountain/snow bikers, trail runners, backcountry/cross-country skiers, and snowmachiners. Pack your gear and come on over! We even have room for parking boats and snowmachine trailers.

The Bear Cub Cabin

Built by Alaskan gold miners in the early 1900’s, the Bear Cub Cabin was reconstructed in 2016. Nestled in the beautiful Chugach National Forest with towering Alaskan mountains right at your doorstep. This historical cabin is clean, cozy and perfect for a couple looking to experience the many activities of the Kenai Peninsula. Perfectly located close to the beautiful seaside city of Seward, world-class king salmon fishing in Cooper Landing, and the charming town of Moose Pass.

Bear Lake Cabin in the Woods

Located 10 minutes from the Seward harbor, shops and restaurants. You can enjoy a reprieve from the busyness and excitement of town in our peaceful woods, while being walking distance from the lake and near the Bear Lake trailhead. Our studio cabin has a queen bed downstairs in the main area and also a loft with two twin beds. And a bedroom upstairs with a queen. It boasts a fully functional kitchen and bathroom. The cabin is heated by an oil stove and can have an odor.

Shackleford Creek Mountain House

Shackleford Creek Mountain House is a special place where we join family and friends to explore the mountains, lakes, rivers and trails that are in the Cooper Landing area. We are situated a mile from the town center where multiple fish and river guides base their operations. Fishing, hiking and mountain biking trails are all within minutes of the house. The design of the house is open and well suited for couples and families with kids older than three.

Welcome to my little cabin! Built locally in 1989 this cozy log cabin is one of the few remaining cabins originally built in the Lost Lake Subdivision. With its true cabin form it was built as a "Dry Cabin". In 2011 utilities were added. Staying here you will enjoy the comforts of the modern world but also the coziness of a rustic log cabin on a large private lot in a quiet subdivision. Located 1.2 miles outside the Seward City limits.

MountainTop Cabin

We completed construction in the fall of 2014. Our family lived in this cabin for just more than a year as we completed construction of our forever home. We are close enough to offer you any assistance you may need but far enough away to give you all the space and privacy you will want. It's a rustic cabin finished with all the modern amenities. The decor suggests a modern feel, but the log walls and large windows suggest rustic Alaska.

Eagle Landing - Riverview Cabin With Hot Tub

This incredible log home features a luxurious master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath in the loft. The downstairs area includes three queen beds and a convenient half bath with a washer and dryer. The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a cozy living room. The six bar stools around the kitchen bar and the six-person dining table provide ample space for entertaining up to twelve guests.
