This first floor apartment is in the heart of Bingham and has two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with washer/dryer. Enjoy a full kitchen stocked with all necessities. The living room and bedrooms have smart TVs, but I apologize there is no local cable. WIFI throughout. This rental is ideal for extended stay guests. Weekly and monthly discounts are automatically applied at booking. The home is listed for sale. Extended stay guests may need to allow a showing with a 48 hour notice.

We recently acquired the house we live in which has an efficiency apartment in the back. It is cozy and private. The house is old and unique. It was previously a long term rental. We wanted to provide a restful space in the heart of Maine Highlands, the crossroads of Central Maine. We enjoy the scenic area with beautiful lakes rivers, multiuse trail systems and trail head of the 100 mile wilderness of the Appalachian Trail, Moosehead lake, Maine's largest lake, and State Parks.

We have snowmobile trail access, and we're located next to the Appalachian Trail. We are surrounded by woods and bordered by a crystal clear stream.
