Wake up every morning and enjoy the breathtaking views of Rangeley Lake cozied up by the fire or outside on the wrap around deck. 5 min walk to Rangeley Lake, 2 min walk to Mingo Spring golf course, 5 min drive to downtown Rangeley, 15 min to Saddleback and 30min to Sugarloaf. Enjoy the shared lake access, take the kayaks out for a paddle on the lake play a round of golf. In the winter take to nearby trails in your snowmobiles and ice fishing on the lake. PRIVATE and Upscale apartment in the village walking distance from restaurants, swimming, walking trails, kayak rentals and kayaking as well as snowshoeing and snowmobiling during the winter. Free skate rentals for skating on Haley Pond and you can also rent snowshoes and kayaks at Ecopalagicon. When the pond is frozen SNOWMOBILERS can cross Haley Pond which is in front of my house to get onto trails. My driveway will accommodate 2 snowmobile trailers. 2 night minimum on SNOWDEO WEEKEND
