Beach front accommodation in Lossiemouth, with stunning views across east beach and estuary. Close to all amenities, bars, restaurants, shops, golf courses. The guest suite is on ground floor, double room, bathroom, large living room which includes a double sofa bed. Access to decking area with views across the beach. Tea & Coffee facilities with fridge & microwave oven. Included in your stay is fresh milk & home bakes. One well behaved dog is welcome. Pet fee will be added at time of booking.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Snuggled in the heart of Speyside (between Aberlour & Rothes), Calderwood Annexe, is the perfect base from which to explore the world famous Whisky Country, Scottish Highlands, Cairngorm National Park and Moray Coastal Trail. Free from noise or light pollution, surrounded by woodland and wonderful open countryside, Calderwood Annexe offers complete peace and serenity.

Self check-in is available if required. Self contained annex with spacious, south facing bedroom with access out to the garden which guests can use. We are 2 minutes walk from the river and can direct you to nearby hills and lochs where scenic walks can be enjoyed. There is a cosy, friendly pub just round the corner which serves home cooked meals all day. They welcome "muddy boots, kids and dogs". We are dog friendly too so please feel free to bring your well behaved dog along.

Cosy self-catering accommodation sleeps two. Situated between Aviemore and Grantown on Spey in the Cairngorms National Park close to the River Spey and surrounded by woods and farmland. Boat of Garten village is within a mile. Refurbished in 2021 to a high standard, Locheil Apartment provides cosy accommodation for single people or couples looking for a relaxed break in idyllic surroundings, or for those who want to take advantage of the many opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Blairfindy Farm Bothy

Self Catering accommodation located within the Cairngorms and the Glenlivet Crown Estate A quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle, ideal for couples who looking for a secluded country location. The accommodation is a separate annex to the farmhouse which dates back to the 1700’s and was once occupied by John Grant the founder of the famous Glenfarclas Distillery. The Speyside area is famous for its distilleries and the Glenlivet distillery is located 5 mins drive away.

Cute, self-contained and peaceful, this perfect getaway boasts one of the best panoramic views in Royal Deeside. A quiet retreat surrounded by hills, wildlife and wonderful walks. The Garden Studio is glamping at its best. This SMALL studio has a super comfy double bed, compact wet room with a great shower, limited cooking facilities (combination oven/grill/microwave) and its own private deck with awning, outdoor dining, bonfire and BBQ. Optional hot tub hire is available.

Our guest suite extension to our house is a self-contained area with 1 double bedroom (can be twin beds), 1 shower room and a kitchen/lounge room. The suite has under-floor central heating. Our property has a large garden and a patio area and there is a dedicated off-road parking space for guests. We are in a rural setting, 1 mile from the centre of Aboyne, 30 miles from Aberdeen; ideal location for touring Deeside, South Aberdeenshire and the Cairngorm National Park.

Compact and Cosy Annex (Elgin)

Private annex within a 6 bedroom detached house situated near the edge of Elgin. Close to forest for lovely walks and within walking distance of tesco and local corner shops. Smith Drive is a quiet residentual area. Elgin is close to several beaches and 10 mins from RAF Lossiemouth and Kinloss. Baxters and Walkers are within a half hour drive and we are in the heart of Speyside so ideal for the whisky trails. Our place is ideal for a couple, with a pet.

Woodend Retreat nestled in the heart of Speyside

A beautiful and tranquil setting, which is peaceful and relaxing. Facilities include a double bed in the main bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge area, both of which can be used as double beds or split into 2 singles. The property is a converted attic space and therefore has a sloping ceiling so be careful not to bump your head! We are in the heart of the Whisky Trail with many distilleries nearby, so a visit and a wee dram is a must!
