East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

Near Lake George: Pristine lodging with convenient access to the Adirondacks! 12 min. to Lake George & 20 min. to Saratoga. Relax in this calm, stylish space. The quiet setting of surrounding evergreen trees will certainly renew your soul. Prepare a fine meal in the modern kitchen, while taking in the mountain views from the kitchen window. Backyard fire pit! Newly remodeled in 2022, this cozy space features custom industrial and rustic touches throughout. It is one unit of a duplex property.

Camp Kimball is situated directly on the Great Sacandaga Lake offering all the comforts of home. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from the deck with sunsets beyond compare. Private dock for swimming or access with your kayak. Association beach is a short walk from the cabin. Close to Lake George and Saratoga Springs, as well as hiking, skiing, fishing, historic sites, snowmobiling and so much more. Enjoy sitting on the deck, by the lake or in front of a cozy fire in the provided firepit.

We are 5 minutes to downtown Glens Falls restaurants, 10 minutes to West Mountain, 15 minutes to Lake George, and 20 minutes to Saratoga. Feel at home during any season visiting family or friends, as a home base for work, vacation, skiing, or to just get away to enjoy living and a small town feel. Relax with a coffee on one of the porches, a bbq, or a peaceful walk around the neighborhood or downtown.

Saratoga County Farmhouse

Nestled on 475 acres of farmland 20 minutes north of Saratoga Springs in a peaceful atmosphere with wild turkeys, deer and red tail hawks. This farmhouse hosted 12 kids growing up and working the dairy farm on the property. The farm is now a heifer raising farm for a local farmer and has 200 heifers on site. Tractors and trucks do still run on a daily basis. Smells and sounds familiar with a farm are present. The house is a ranch with a finished basement perfect for hosting large groups.

Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.

Two Springs Farm Guest House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, conveniently located between Saratoga and Glens Falls. Our cozy guest house features a private bedroom with a queen sized bed and attached bath, as well as a loft with a twin sized futon, a queen pullout couch, and space for yoga, reading, or relaxation. The petite full kitchen is stocked with the basics for your convenience. Plentiful free parking and views of a beautiful private farm. Easy access to Lake George and the Adirondacks!

Lake George/ Adirondacks/Saratoga retreat

We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!
