Welcome to our little piece of paradise located in Montegut, LA. We are just minutes from the gulf with boat launch access direct to the bayou for the . fishing enthusiasts. For those that don't want to leave the property we also have a pond that has catfish and perch. Our renters will also have access to our pool, hot tub and patio area. We also have a fish cleaning area, and a boiling area for seafood boils. At night you can enjoy a fire with our burn pit. We can't wait to meet you!

Waverly Schoolhouse Cabin

Historically restored schoolhouse cabin on Bayou Lafourche. This unique treasure features, original beadboard walls, brick fireplace (non-functional), cypress cabinets, large plank hardwood floors, farm sink and genuine claw foot tub. Enjoy a front porch sunrise over the bayou or a beautiful sunset from the back courtyard. Settled on our private family property, you are minutes away from Thibodaux and only an hour from BR or Nola. Come for an extended stay or to host your next small gathering.

Sanssouci Fishing Camp and Rural Retreat

Two bedroom fishing camp in lower Montegut, located near some of the best fishing in the area. We have a private launch on Bayou Terrebonne for your free use, or if you prefer the Pointe aux Chenes or Cocodrie marinas are just 20 minutes away. Sleeps 6 with fully furnished kitchen, and ample parking space for boats and cars. Fish cleaning station and crab boiling and fish frying equipment provided. Pets allowed for $40 fee. Free wifi. Our retreat is an hour and 30 minutes from New Orleans.

Huntingred Fish Camp

Completely redone after hurricane Ida. NOW 2 BEDROOM AND 2 BATH. Nestled between Cocodrie and Dularge La. the fish are practically right at your front door. The public boat launch is less than a mile from the camp. Guide service may be available upon request. The camp features large screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Full kitchen with plenty of cookware. All towels and linen provided. come enjoy the fishing with all the comforts of home.

The screened in porch has excellent views of the bayou's trees and wildlife to enjoy from the porch swing. Inside is adorned with a mix of antique and modern finishes for all your relaxation needs.

Lake Martin Bayou Country Lake Cottage

Our cabin is called La Libellule. It is a wonderful little cabin on Lake Martin in Breaux Bridge, La. Amenities include a king size bed, screened in porch, shaded deck, fire pit, washer, dryer, 2 tvs, internet and a full kitchen. There are generally fresh herbs in the garden depending on what time of year you come. The dragon flys are glorious here and if you are lucky you can see a pinkish red one. There is a lovely walking trail nearby.
