Beautiful views of mountain and lake, quiet and peaceful, located on a golf course. Hot tub on the balcony (open only when the outside temp is above freezing). King bed with memory foam. BBQ grill, gas fire pit. Golfing, hiking, fishing. Watch sunset and the stars at night while relaxing in hot tub. Large new deck with screened porch. Smooth pavement of all roads, great for cyclists and bikers. Gravel driveway and parking lot but relatively flat.
