Spacious 4 bedroom house with large yard and deck overlooking the farm. Located near Cooper's Rock state park, boating or skiing at Deep Creek Lake, kayaking on the Sandy River and Ohio Plyle for rafting, biking and hiking. Short drive to Screech Owl Brewery and for terrific craft beer and great food. 30 minutes from the WVU football stadium excluding football traffic delays). Approximately 25 minutes from Cheat Lake. NO pets or smoking allowed. No air conditioning but fans in all bedrooms.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful hilltop hideaway. As soon as you step in the door the cheerful living room invites you to sit back and relax. The main level of the house is the primary living space with the open floor plan in the kitchen, living and dining rooms encourages to relax and socialize together. The fully fenced backyard is an excellent space for children and pets to run and play, the cozy fire pit nestled into the woods is situated with a great view of the entire yard.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home has a country setting but centrally located near two interstate highways. You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.
