Enjoy the new kitchen, bathrooms and full size laundry facilities. Parkings a breeze with two spots in front of the home and two additional on street parking spots. Our large front covered porch offers a grill and outdoor dining area. Wake up to drip coffee maker or Keurig coffee bar with a varied selection of coffee provided.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home has a country setting but centrally located near two interstate highways. You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

It is a perfect location to be away from all the downtown hustle and bustle but still be a short drive from the football stadium for gamedays!

There is construction nearby the townhomes but you can’t hear any noise. There is a construction trailer in front of unit but the entrance is now all paved

The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.
