We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

The Shack at West Cloven Hills

Originally the married mens quarters on the farm, fitting 2 married couples, this shack has been extensively renovated and modernised in to a comfortable getaway for a family or couple wanting a weekend or more away from it all, the shack is part of a historic old sheep farm in Western Victoria that is still operated by the family of the original squatter, an easy drive to the Grampians or the world renown 12 Apostles or just stay on the farm and have a look at a farming lifestyle.

An easy 25 min drive to Warrnambool & Port Fairy, 15 min to historic Koroit located on the footsteps of Tower Hill. Heading north is Dunkeld a 45 min drive to the Southern end of the Grampians. This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.

Shearer’s Cottage at Cambus Glen Highlands

Situated on our 170 acre farm “Cambus Glen” near the settlement of Framlingham in South-West Victoria, the Shearers’ Cottage is a fully renovated sheep shearers accommodation. The Scottish name “Cambus Glen” means valley where a twisting river passes - this refers to our 3km of Hopkins River frontage – Scottish because the farm is home to our small fold (or herd) of Highland Cattle.
