Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Studio apartment above the sea

Our studio apartment is situated in Mošćenice, a medieval town built on a hill overlooking Mošćenička Draga. This picturesque old town, with its narrow streets, passages and vaults, is included on the list of Croatian cultural heritage sites. It is situated 33 km from Rijeka-the biggest port in Croatia, and 75 km from Pula-economic and cultural center of Istria. For those who wish to visit the islands of Cres and Losinj, there's a ferry that leaves regularly located 14 kilometers from Mošćenice.

Stone house studio with herb garden (A/C)

Our cosy, air-conditioned 4-star studio in an Istrian stone house with sea views is for individualists. Divided into two studio apartments (the top used by host), it's in a small settlement on the Ucka mountain. Guests treasure the idyllic herb garden with its many magical places to sit. The studio has its own private garden, but guests may use all outdoor spaces. Tip: Avoid the crowds. Come in May/June. All prices include tourist taxes and final cleaning. Note: we only accept non-smokers!

Notre appartement est idéalement situé à 1,5 km de la plage de Mošćenička Draga, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs et à proximité de nombreux sentiers de randonnée. En entrant dans Mošćenička Draga, après le restaurant Al Ponte et avant le rond point, tournez à droite. Environ dans 500 m, près de la chapelle, tourner à gauche. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Delightful Studio Apartment with a View

The studio apartment, located on the ground floor, is newly renovated and decorated with all modern amenities. It has gorgeous views of the Kvarner Bay and Ucka Mountain. The apartment is located above the best beach on the Opatija Riviera. In addition to swimming and sunbathing, guests can enjoy walks on Ucka mountain or just relax on the terrace that the apartment accesses.

Beautiful little House, with Sea sights.. 200 m from old citadels Mošćenice .Behinds is forest , big Garden and relax points . I have Dogs and Cats . Also a little fire place for Winter days :-)!
