The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Adriatika Seaside Loft, panoramic view on the sea

Furbished as a cosy nest (50m2) to enjoy the most beautiful VIEW trough the panoramic window make you feel softly situated on a white cloud. Located in the picturesque little town of Volosko, 10 steps from the sea, surrounded by little coffees and restaurants well known for their fish specialties. The seaside walk is 12 km long scattered sparks with pebbles and sea-leveled rocks, beaches with possibility to rent paddle boards, water ski and canoe.

Located steps from the sea, above Icici's small port, this apartment features 1 bed room, separate living and dining room, with full kitchen and bath. The apartment features a shared patio and outside BBQ area where guests can relax and prepare a meal with friends. Including a private, secure parking lot in the backyard, accessibility is easy. Once guests arrive, many don't use their cars often as everything is walking distance and well connected.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.

This charming studio apartment is located 1,7 km (15 minutes walk) from the main beach and the center of Icici. It is located in my family villa, with a beautiful green garden all around it. Equipped with all that's necessary for a pleasant vacation.
