The Cozy Hideaway is a beautiful freshly updated home in the heart of Moscow. Enjoy open concept living in our stylish home thoughtfully curated with guests in mind! It’s a peaceful 8 min walk to our charming downtown and all the delicious restaurants and activities. It’s a quick drive to WSU games or UI and one of our favorite spots to go as a family, the Arboretum! After a fun-filled day craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen or grill together outdoors on the patio and relax by the fire pit.

The Little House

Our Little House was built in 1900 and has well born the test of time. It is a quaint little charmer and located just 2 blocks off Main Street. Stroll easily to one of Moscow's many fun cafés or restaurants, or grab groceries at the Co-Op and cook at home. The Kenworthy Theatre, An art gallery and various other shops are right nearby to explore. University of Idaho is only .7 mile - a 3 minute drive or 15 min walk away. * The Little House is strictly non smoking and does not allow pets at all.

The 7th Street Cottage

Welcome to The 7th Street House! Our bright and updated, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is just 5 blocks from downtown Moscow. Savor a cup of coffee on the porch, play bocce ball with family, lounge on a window seat with a book, or prepare a meal in the large open kitchen where everyone can visit. Our 1920's era cottage sits on a gentle tree covered slope, just a few steps down from the street, making the yard feel very private and secluded. Come enjoy the comfort and amenities of this serene retreat.

The Pheasant in Downtown with Private Parking

Step into The Pheasant! Centrally located, just steps from Main St. The unique 2 bedroom lower level apartment gives a nod to the pheasants you can see all over the Palouse but with a British, collegiate feel. A private parking lot makes the downtown and University all easily accessible. Visit Moscow's award-winning Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings or the downtown restaurants! Paradise Creek Cottage

Beautiful, light-filled cottage tucked beside Paradise Creek! This newly renovated home sleeps 6 in a King room, Queen room, and a creek-view office with a sit/stand desk facing the water and a sofa that opens to a Queen. Cook in the stocked kitchen (French press & Keurig), stream on fast Wi-Fi, stay cool with A/C, and use the washer/dryer. Outside, a private yard with a picnic table backs onto the creek. You also have a private patio with Adirondack chairs, BBQ, and a year-round gas fire pit!

Triple Tree Ranch, Moscow, ID

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. We have pictures of this house dating back to approximately 1917 it was the farmhouse of 160 acre homestead just on the edge of Moscow Idaho. Our 8 acres are bordered by the University of Idaho Arboretum , have a good view, nice sunsets . We have one horse and one mule and five chickens. The South Fork of the Palouse river runs through our property. But you can jump across it. The City bicycle park is across the street. Dog is ok.

Laundry is shared with the main house. Enjoy your peaceful oasis just a few blocks from the Grand Avenue Greenway, with easy access to downtown, restaurants, and the WSU campus just over a mile away! No cleaning fee, minimal checkout instructions.

Maple Place - 2bdrm Near Downtown & UofI

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is located 2 miles from downtown Moscow on 7 acres with pine trees and fruit trees in a country setting. This studio apartment with a lower floor private entrance is an all in one cheerful room with an equipped compact kitchen, a double sized Murphy bed, a masonry stove fireplace, a loveseat and a colorfully tiled shower. Jim and Caroline built this home with their own hands.
