Berry Beach Holiday Cottage is a delightful and romantic 2 storey sandstone cottage, set on 3 acres with stunning views north; arguably one of the nicest aspects in this area. It is perfect for 2 couples or a family and will appeal to those who appreciate quality and all the extra little touches. It's incredibly cosy, warm in winter and cool in summer, it's ideal for a weekend getaway or that week-long stay. It is just 1 km to Berry (Seven Mile) Beach and just 6 km's back into historic Berry.

A functioning kitchenette as well as a breakfast table & chairs, smart TV/Nettflix in a cosy sitting room. Blue & white bathroom. Ideal for a couple or with baby or 2 couples. I get a lot of 2 + 1 guests which works equally as well. Two private outside areas to sit and enjoy the peaceful rural views is also available.

Our Guest House is located at Dunmore Lakes, 1.5hr drive from Sydney, and is ideally a short drive to local beaches and villages, such as The Farm at Killalea, Shellharbour Village, South Beach, Minnamurra Rainforest, Kiama Village which boasts numerous cafe's and Restaurants along the main street. Cosy, country cottage style two bedroom cottage within easy 1km walk to Berry town centre. Would suit a couple with two children or two couples. A great base for accessing all the area has to offer. Recently refurbished with new carpet, paint and kitchenette. Access to pool and outdoor entertaining area.
