Admire the breathtaking backdrop of Signal Hill before a leisurely stroll across the park to the ocean and the beach front promenade. Unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix for your enjoyment. The apartment is renovated and refurbished with new appliances, furniture and linen. The space is quiet and tranquil and perfect to relax or work away from the buzz. Free uncapped WiFi is included. The entire apartment and common areas will be available to residents. We shall gladly assist our guests with any questions and suggestions they may have. The flat is within easy walking distance of the Cape Town Stadium, parks, the promenade, many buzzing restaurants, deli's, bakeries and the famous V&A Waterfront. The MyCiti bus stop just steps away gives quick access to the rest of the city. Within walking distance of the Green Point Park & Stadium, V&A Waterfront, Graduate School of Business UCT (GSB), gyms, restaurants, shops, deli's (Giovanni's being a favourite) and pubs. Apart from taxi and shuttle services being available, it is on the MyCity bus route. Ample street parking is available as well as a Free Public Parking Area across the street. It is only 2,6km from the CBD and Cape Town International Convention Centre-CTICC-approximately 5 minutes in peak traffic times. There are a few steps in the garden path leading to the apartment while the apartment itself is on one flat level with no internal stairs.

The property is close to restaurants and shops, while the CBD and the renowned V&A Waterfront are both only 2 kilometres away. Free parking in the street is available. Uber is inexpensive and a great way of getting around Cape Town.

A lock-up & go apartment located directly in front of the promenade, within walking distance to Cape Town stadium. It has a full sea view in the front and Table Mountain, Golf Course & Cape Town Stadium at the back. The block is quiet and secure, and the location is perfect, with the MyCity bus stop right outside and Ubers arriving within minutes. The apartment is situated in Mouille Point overlooking the beachfront promenade, close to V & A Waterfront, restaurants, Greenpoint Urban park and transport. With sea views and well positioned. Walk, jog, cycle along the promenade or relax and enjoy the sea air. There are many activities and amenities in close proximity to the apartment viz. Hiring of bikes, kayaking in the sea, putt putt, walks on the beachfront promenade, beautiful urban park, ice cream parlor, many good restaurants.

Newly renovated studio with wonderful sea views. The apartment is ideal for one or two people on holiday or for business. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The apartment has WiFi as well as a smart TV with Netflix. The complex is situated in Sea Point, just a 2 minute walk from the promenade and a 5 minutes drive to the Waterfront, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches. Secure parking is available. 24 hours security/doorman are present. There is also an inverter for load shedding.
