This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood. Just a couple of blocks from downtown Hopkins for shopping and restaurants. We are 10 miles west of Minneapolis. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
