Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Stunning holiday house with views over town and Princess Royal Harbour. 2 mins walk from the city center and the Albany Visitors Center. Walk to restaurants and tourist attractions. We have 4 bedrooms, 3 x Queen bedrooms, 1 with a private ensuite. We have a bunk for the kids that sleeps 6 with their own adjoining lounge room. Middleton Mews - Unit 6

Having the best position of all the units in this complex makes this a very quiet, budget friendly and private location to enjoy. My top priority is the guests enjoyment. This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.

Middleton Beach is one of the best beaches in Australia. The clean hard sand is ideal for long walks , gazing out at the islands either winter or summer, so much to see and explore
