Maggie May is the cutest little 1850's miners cottage located in a quiet Street and is close to Ballarat CBD, Sovereign hill and the Ballarat Wildlife Park. She is newly renovated, whilst retaining her traditional and charming authentic self she has been thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. By day enjoy in friends, couples or family fun time in a game of backyard finska, by night chats and giggles by the fire pit or watch your favourite Netflix series and then cozy up in a comfortable bed.

Leyden's Cottage

Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is set on a property of nearly 30 acres with abundant wildlife and scenery. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. It is isolated from any close neighbours and you do not have to share facilities with any other guests.

Our cottage boasts comfortable beds with electric blankets, a wood fire for winter, air conditioning for Summer, fully equipped laundry and lots of outdoor space.

Mount Cole Cottages - Kookaburra Cottage

Kookaburra Cottage - Two bedroom eco cottage (built 2017) situated on our 13 acres bush property. Relax on the property or use it as a base for bush walking in the nearby Mount Cole State forest or visiting the Pyrenees wineries. Abundant wildlife including wallabies, echidnas & a wide assortment of birdlife. We are 15 km from Beaufort. Cosy cast iron chiminea on the deck; firewood supplied. Sadly, the historic meditation temple (c.1995) was destroyed in the February 2024 bushfire.

Bonnie Views Cottage

Our delightful 2 bedroom self contained cottage called Bonnie Views has unparalleled views - set high on a hill overlooking the historic township of Clunes. Peaceful and tranquil the birds sing in the morning. At night watch the sun set over Mount Beckworth while having a wine on the deck.
