Acadia National Park ocean front & garden cottages

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

ChaseHouse SpiritRock

SpiritRock has everything you need for a perfect family vacation. Experience all Mount Desert Island has to offer. Located across Somes Pond, you have the unique ability to swim and hike without having to drive anywhere else. Additionally, the house is situated between the two most popular towns of Bar Harbor and Southwest Harbor, providing you flexibility to enjoy both. The home sits on eight acres of property, with benches and chairs throughout, a great way to decompress and be in nature.

Evergreen Hill in Acadia National Park

Evergreen Hill is a cheery cedar cape set up on a private half acre of fir and native blueberry. Just a mile from Acadia trails and beaches, this humble cottage has a peaceful island vibe, relaxing family spaces, a fenced yard, and great front porch, with no dog or cleaning fee. Eat lobster year round, visit Bar Harbor, take the family on a boat ride to see Mount Desert Island's 26 peaks from the water. The 2 story 193 year old home has tall ceilings paired with an open concept between rooms to provide a very spacious feel throughout the Unit. The Arthaus, an eclectic retreat for two

Located on Mount Desert Islands, "Quietside". The cottage features high ceilings and an open floor plan, with a small deck looking into the woods The walls are decorated with original art work by the owner. Our location is central to the island, situated just outside the village of Somesville; 15 minutes to Bar Harbor, 10 minutes to Southwest Harbor by car. Hiking and swimming opportunities are just 5 minutes away by car. The Arthaus is not suitable for pets, despite our love for them.

3 Bedroom Home on a private road on Long Pond. Truly on the quiet side of Mt Desert Island. Screened in front porch on water side with access to the lake (~300 feet through the woods) and private use of the dock. One and a half bathrooms. Perfect spot for a quiet staycation on Mt Desert Island. Listen to the loons on the lake in the evening, the wind rustling through leaves. Secluded wooded location. Only three houses on this ten acre family parcel.

We are year round residents and love to share our home ,garden, field and woods.
