Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

The Grove

The Grove is a charming French country-inspired hideaway nestled in the heart of Mt Albert. Recently refurbished, this self-contained retreat features a well-equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Native birds like tui, kereru, piwakawaka and ruru frequently visit.
