Downstairs there is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. Fish in the stocked pond or go ziplining across the pond! Canoes are also on site to paddle around on the pond. Hike our trails, play pool in loft, watch our smart tv or upon request take tour of tea farm across the street.

Located on 220 acres adjacent to the Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge, the property includes freshwater lakes, a beach, and multiple trails for a beautiful morning or evening walk. Guests have easy access to the BCNWR for deer, hog, etc. hunting, as well as canoes and kayaks. We have blueberries, whitetail deer and chickens supplying fresh eggs, when laying.

A public boat launch is less than 5 minutes away which allows access to the Old River( by boat is the best way to fish). If hunting or fishing is not your thing, you can come enjoy the great outdoors or hang out by the fire pit.
