Up a quick set of garage stairs (5 then 9 steps), takes you to your PRIVATE, spacious & cozy suite complete w/ 1 small bathroom, open den w/ matching leather sleeper loveseats, kitchenette, home theater w/ new 65” smart TV, dining area, and quaint alcove w/FULL memory foam bed. Depending on the weather, you can cozy up to the gas fireplace! While spacious, we limit guests to 2-best suited for close friends/family due to shower openness! All filled with entertaining things to do, great places to shop, dine & lakefront views for anyone and everyone to enjoy. Lake Norman is a true water sports paradise.

Tiny Guest House By Fishing Pond

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. We are earth friendly using plant based cleaning products. We have waterless dry toilet. We are a working farm and offer farm fresh eggs when available.

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.
