胡乱座（ウロンザ）の家屋は1897年（明治30年）に建てられました。 京町家と呼ばれる伝統家屋です。 2007年に文化財登録されました。 125年以上前の自然環境や生活習慣や文化に合わせて建てられた建物です。 つまり現代の気候や生活習慣や考え方とは合わない部分が多いです。 失われていく建物に滞在することで、お客様自身が(伝統家屋の「良さ」「悪さ」も含め)見て、触れて、感じて、考える体験型のゲストハウスです。 快適で便利で充実したサービスを求める人には不向きです。 そして静かに過ごしたい人のためのゲストハウスです。
 一般的な宿と違いハウスルールが多いです。
マナーにも厳しいです。 にぎやかに過ごしたい人や、お喋りを楽しみたい人などには不向きです。 コンセプトによりエアコンは設置していません。 夏の暑さや冬の寒さに弱い人にはお勧めしません。 静かに落ち着いた時間を大切にしたい人には好まれます。 1人で運営しているため毎日閉館時間があります(昼12時〜午後4時)。 設備やハウスルールをご同意してからご予約をお願いします。　 非日常となった空間で様々なことを感じて考えてみて下さい。

Our inn was apparently built in the early Showa period. We have renovated the bathroom and kitchen areas to make your stay more comfortable while still retaining the charm of the townhouse, such as the low ceilings and narrow, steep stairs. Why not try experiencing a bit of Kyoto life? Please note that we will charge a local accommodation tax (200 yen per person per night) in addition to the accommodation fee. The price is scheduled to increase from March 2026.

Higurashi-sou is a small guest house with 5 guest rooms only. This room is called 'Suzu' with a veranda facing to the garden. Enjoy the view from the veranda. Guesthouse Umeya single room traditional house

Umeya is a small machiya in the Nishijin area of Kyoto, renovated using traditional methods. You can reach famous places such as Kinkaku-ji, Kitano Tenmangu, the Imperial Palace, Nijo Castle, and Kamishichiken within a 15-minute bicycle ride. Note: The stairs to the second floor are quite steep. The toilet and shower room are shared and face the garden (available 24 hours a day).

【京恋·黄金屋】位于近年来非常有人气的御金神社附近，由此得名。整栋建筑面积90平米左右（不算庭院）在保留了京都传统京町屋的建筑风格基础上加入了很多创新元素。几个特色如下：①日式大庭院，庭院里养了锦鲤，锦鲤通过独特设计可以从庭院直接游到屋里，可以在屋里看到锦鲤的游动②石風呂，温泉风石头風呂，体验感非常好，放上喜欢的入浴剤，体验感跟温泉没有太大差别、非常舒服，一边泡汤一边欣赏庭院美景。③英国风古董家具，设计感实用性兼具的高档电器，④为入住的男士和女士分别准备了化妆空间，还有休闲区域。这套房子由房东亲自参与设计，设计灵感来自房东小时候的梦想，住在一个看到一天到晚游泳的鱼的房子里。整套房子非常宽敞明亮和通透，实现了房内有水，有鱼，有树，人与自然的结合，让入住的贵宾体验到不一样的住宿空间和得到很好的休息和放松。
