Go inland , shady bush walks, bird-filled wetlands & lots more.

Welcome to Tranquillity House, where the sea meets the beautiful bush. We can accommodate 2-3 families or a group with room for 10 plus infant. This is a 5 bedroom home with 3 separate living areas, one with a view of Arthur’s Seat National Park and one looking over the sea. There are two large televisions with streaming services. The dining table overlooks the enormous timber deck. The entertainers kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine and SMEG appliances and the beds and linen are heavenly.

Every detail, from the soft linen and natural textures to the quiet, restful palette, has been thoughtfully chosen to create a space where you can truly unwind.

Nest

Nestled away in a private location, is a wonderful retreat perfect for two. Views across natural bushland , you are only 2 minutes by car to Mt Martha Village and beautiful South Beach Set on 2 acres, 'NEST' is stand alone from the main house. Sit on the deck, or 'egg' swing chair and enjoy your afternoon sundowners. Mt Martha is perfectly located on the Mornington Peninsula, to enjoy all its fantastic attractions...beaches, biking, hot springs, coastal walks, restaurants and wineries.

Mount Eliza Sunset Apartment

Light filled and very spacious, elegant one bedroom apartment with a pull out QS sofa bed also available in separate lounge room. We offer approx. 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Relax in comfy recliner arm chairs and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the lounge room or enjoy them from the large private deck area, or watch our Smart TV enjoying your complimentary wine and food platter. Sleep soundly in the comfortable KS bed.

The Haven

At The Haven you’ll find a peaceful ambience. Located on “Arthurs Seat” in Dromana, the view from each bedroom and the living room is of the Port Phillip Bay. The view to the north includes the cities high rise profile and a sweep of the bay. The everchanging vista is mesmerising. If you just need a relaxing ‘do nothing’ break, there is a very comfortable couch, a big TV with Wifi access, puzzles and books. And never forget, the amazing view.

Tranquil retreat and apartment in Mount Eliza.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

The June at Birch Creek

Birch Creek Farm & Cottages invites you to come and stay with us at The June. The farm is tucked into the foot of the Mornington Peninsula Hinterland, only minutes away from the front bay beaches and a short drive from the rugged coastline and waves of the Peninsula back beaches. In all directions you will find a bounty of cafes, independent stores, markets, wineries, restaurants and walks to enjoy.

Private Guesthouse near Beach/Wineries/Hot Springs

We offer a modern, private, two bedroom guesthouse to accommodate no more than 4 adult guests. The Guesthouse is attached to the rear of our property. It is safe, private, and unique. You'll be close to some of the best wineries, restaurants, cafes, the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, and Alba Springs, as we are situated in the heart of the Peninsula. Beauford Lodge

My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).
