Hot Pools and only a hop, skip and jump to the Mt. main/surf beach, Mt. Surf Club and Pilot Bay harbor. Just up the road (walking distance) is the center of town with shops, restaurants, playground etc. This apartment has a 73 sq meter courtyard complete with BBQ and plenty of indoor, outdoor flow. Note: 1 x 2m max. parking space, otherwise free parking on road front.

Enjoy views of the swimming pool and a glimpse through trees of the ocean from balcony. There is a sauna and gym. A private right of way to the ocean is a bonus .The Abode is an all-season getaway. Everywhere is a short walk; surf beach, harbour, Mt Mauao walking tracks, cafés, restaurants & boutique shopping on Mount MainStreet.

‘A Stone’s Throw’ Papamoa Beach Studio, 200m>Beach

Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Papamoa Beach - Holiday Cabin

Welcome to our cosy holiday cabin located by Papamoa Beach. A studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom and a tiny cupboard kitchenette as per photos, your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. Off street parking. Weekly and monthly discounts offered.

Suitable singles, couples and business. Hosts are fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and require guests to be similarity vaccinated as a condition of any booking. The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

Beach Front Mount Maunganui

Absolute beach front location on the dunes of stunning Mount Maunganui beach. This spacious luxe guest suite is ideal for a couple wanting a beach break at the Mount. Bedroom is separate from the living area and has a modern ensuite. The suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach. Washing machine available.

Gorgeous Mount Beach Cottage - 3min walk to surf

One bedroom beach cottage. 1 min walk to the park, 3 min to surf beach and boardwalk, 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Park the car, and chill out in the centrally located cottage. Smart TV, large modern bathroom and super comfy bed. Please note that the kitchenette includes airfryer / microwave / toaster. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house which is tenanted.

Come and enjoy the idyllic lifestyle that is Mount Maunganui. The Shaka Shack is a private studio and has all the latest mod cons. It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Beach Retreat Guest Studio Tauranga, Mt Maunganui

Studio room (queen bed), bathroom, kitchen and separate entry. Two night minimum. Microwave and single induction element for cooking. We live in the rest of the house. Please check the photos to ensure that this suits. A 2 min walk to the surf beach and Tay St cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 15 min walk to Downtown Mt shopping. Stroll the beach, climb the Mt, enjoy Pilot Bay.
