The property was rebuilt from the ground up in 2017, blending original timber beams and local stone with contemporary design to offer guests a haven of peace and comfort. Amble the historic village and discover the array of shops, wineries, restaurants, galleries and cafes. Luxuriously appointed, it is the perfect space for couples to relax between exploring all the Adelaide Hills and surrounds has to offer.

Barossa 1900 Vineyard Retreat

Barossa 1900 offers luxury vineyard accommodation for 10 people in the Barossa Valley, one hour’s drive from Adelaide. The private two-acre property is home to some of the Barossa’s oldest dry-grown Grenache grapes and is located a short walk to cellar doors, restaurants, breweries and retail shopping in Tanunda. As a sister property to Barossa 1900 Homestead, together these two properties sleep 18 people. We offer generous inclusions and private winemaker tastings by appointment.

Embrace the quiet rural feel of native birdsong and scattered sheep across the way, all whilst being within a short stroll of the heart of Tanunda. It’s a great spot to discover the Barossa Valley and a lovely neighbourhood. I have so many great memories here, and I’m convinced that you will too.

Mt McKenzie Raspberry Farm

If you long for a quiet retreat away from the crowds and close to nature, Mt McKenzie Raspberry Farm could be for you. Perched on the hills above the North Para River in the south eastern ranges of the Barossa, you will be serenaded with the tweets from native birds, bleets from lambs and mesmerised by stunning sunrises and sunsets.
