The Hut

Tiny house located in Christchurch's premium holiday destination. Stunning expansive views over Sumner beach, across the ocean to the Alps. Newly built in a classic style, The Hut is a little place with timeless charm. Private, sunny and sheltered, in this peaceful location you will fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to bird song. Access to the Hut is a few minutes up a walking track. Close to the beach and esplanade. Surfing, biking, swimming, walking tracks, cafes all on hand.

Black Diamond

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the end of a private laneway. Accessed by external steps, the house is split into two pods connected by an external deck. Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

Self-contained studio with private entry, located in Cashmere Hills. Escape to a comfortable, warm living area with lovely views on the right day, in a quiet, respectful suburb overlooking the city. Walking distance to endless walking, biking tracks with a choice of tasty cafes close-by. Central city an approx 15 mins drive CHC Airport 30 mins drive. A 'blue bus' route is located 8 min walk up the road. For adrenaline fuel visit the Adventure Park, downhill mountain biking a 20 min drive away.

A beautiful private hill-side sanctuary in Sumner overlooking Christchurch with a clear view to the southern alps, estuary & the whole of pegasus bay. This ecologically & sustainably designed home off a private lane surrounded by native bushland with arguably one of the best views in town. With less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk downhill you will have access to Sumner Beach and Village. Alternatively a short walk uphill to access mountain bike and walking tracks on the Port Hills.

Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has gas burners, bbq set outside on the deck and microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster inside. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey

THE BIRD'S NEST - Secluded getaway!

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. The perfect blend of Pacific Ocean views, lush native plantings and close proximity to both the city and beach. Great for a couple, our wee garden hideaway nestled on the lower slopes above Redcliffs has a commanding view and a charming 'tiny home' feel. Completed in 2023, this cabin has everything that you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. With bellbirds singing, enjoy the sunrise from your bed and the ever changing view.
