A short walk to the charming Titirangi village, with its cafes, art gallery & shops. We love sharing our home with guests & we have travelled extensively around N.Z & the world. Welcome to our peaceful and private studio. Enjoy magic views of the harbour whilst relaxing by the pool, listening to bird song and toasting the sunset. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or de stress after a busy day. According to the NZ Herald 7/9/2017 we are the 5th most wish listed Airbnb in New Zealand. For the month of January we have a minimum of 4 night stay Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants. Couples only.

Polished wooden floors, eco cleaning products, full sanitising. Breakfast is included in the price - Homemade muesli, bread and yoghurt, spreads, tea and coffee.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 300 metres from Ponsonby road with restaurants & bars easy to walk too. Large outdoor courtyard creates indoor outdoor flow for those summer days. Please note that loud music and parties are not permitted in the apartment to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. *Parking is going through a refurb. Plenty of parking outside building I’ll supply daily permits*
