A modern guesthouse with one bedroom, one bathroom, a living/kitchen space and a deck. The guesthouse is above our garage and was built in 2011. There's a deck off the kitchen which is a nice place for relaxing. We are about 1.5 miles from restaurants and shops at SE Division. There are several bus stops within 1-2 blocks of our house. Downtown Portland is 30 minutes by bus We've done a lot of traveling and enjoy meeting new people. We welcome folks from all backgrounds and places.

The front gate opens into a private, landscaped courtyard landscaped with jasmine, a Japanese maple tree, rhododendrons, and ferns. We are conveniently located near Mt Tabor Park that has walking trails and a spectacular view of the city. We are also close to several popular neighborhoods with shops, cafés, and restaurants. We welcome people of all backgrounds to stay here and enjoy beautiful Portland.

Your cottage is private with views of the garden. It’s a unique tiny home that feels big with high ceilings, lots of natural light & warm accents. You have everything to cook most meals. There are plenty of local food, drink & shopping options nearby. Walk the neighborhood, see city highlights, visit parks, hike to falls, feed chickens, pick seasonal fruits & veggies, or just sit in the garden or covered patio with a book & a cat. Our guest house is a completely private space, accessible by an outdoor walkway, and has an outdoor patio. We designed the space to be light-filled, feel cozy yet roomy, fitting a lot into a small space. Vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, full kitchen, bathroom, a bed alcove with a comfy queen mattress and soft bedding and lots of extra touches. Our 335 sq ft guest house is fitted with all you'll need for your time in Portland.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in this secluded private apartment with views of the surrounding bamboo grove and trees. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The space includes a glass room. Cots can be set up for sleeping in it in the warmer months. To enter the space go through the gate at the end of the driveway then through the backyard to enter at the glass room.
