Located in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood midway between Caloundra and Mooloolaba, the house is close to beaches, lakes, shops and cafés. Popular attractions Australia Zoo,Glass House Mountains,TreeTop Challenge are within a 20–30 minute drive.

If you are looking for the perfect family or couples getaway, then look no further. Located just over a kilometre from Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headlands, two of the Sunshine Coasts most popular beaches, our house is also walking distance to cafes, restaurants and fashion boutiques. Including a fully, fenced yard, lock-up shed, single, lock-up garage and off street parking. All bedrooms include built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The main bedroom and main living areas are also air conditioned.

Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. Nightly rate includes 2 Adults (sleeps 4) and firewood each night. Pet fee is separate for extra hygienic clean.

House comes fully equipped with bar, barbecue, modern cooking facilities, 3 x TVs separate laundry with washer and dryer, unlimited WiFi & Fetch and all linen provided except beach towels. You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Saint Bernard’s etc.) is welcome. There is a fenced yard.

Historic French style mountaintop scenic homestead

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
