Our apartment is part of a small complex on the canal in the heart of Mooloolaba. It is on the Ground Floor with a magnificent north-facing canal outlook. This is enhanced by the canal being very wide at this point. It is located an easy walk from the main beach and all the cafes and restaurants that Mooloolaba is famous for. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of that strip to provide peace and quietness, but close enough for you to walk there should you want to.

Enjoy beautiful sunrises and walks along the pristine beach to Alex in one direction and Mooloolaba in the other. There are a multitude of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of your doorstep. The Unit is on the 3rd Floor with beautiful views. Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area.
