Property in beautiful Mountain Green Utah with nearby access to all kinds of outdoor activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, boating, golf and swimming. The space is a beautifully remodeled and modernized 2,200+ square foot basement apartment with noise reduction materials throughout. **This is the basement of the house. I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.
