Interior features are open, uncluttered, and incredibly comfortable, with quality at the forefront of our minds in this space.

This net-zero house is conveniently located on one secluded acre 5 miles from Asheville Regional Airport, 6 miles from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. Handcrafted cherry bed frames support queen size Casper memory foam mattresses in each bedroom and a handcrafted cherry table seats six.

The living room has a flat-screen Roku TV with Netflix, Sling and other streaming apps already installed. This home is close to downtown Hendersonville and lots of good restaurants. 20 mins from Asheville.
