Maritimus Excelsior is a new addition to luxury accommodation in Zakynthos. Newly constructed and finished to the highest standards the property has a number of outstanding feature: Property fronts directly on to sandy Alykes beach. Facilities include a swimming pool, pool deck, loungers, bbq area and gardens Quiet location, yet only a short stroll from the bars and restaurants in Alykes. Private secure parking, Wifi and satellite TV. Apartments are cleaned daily and owners are on hand and happy to help with any advice you need during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, including washing facilities and Nespresso machine. The entire property sleeps up to 12 people on three floors. However, it can also be let in two self-contained sections, with separate entrances: Ground floor suite contains one double en-suite room, one twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge/ kitchen area. (sleeps 5 comfortably) Upper floors suite contains three double bedrooms each with their own separate bathrooms. (sleeps 7 comfortably) Alykes is situated a short drive from Zakynthos Airport and is the perfect setting for a quiet getaway in the Ionian Islands. Alykes beach is a safe, shallow Blue Flag beach, with a range of watersports available a short distance down the beach from our property. Whether you want to travel along the coast visiting hidden beaches and coves, enjoy the fine sea-food and wine of Zakynthos or Vollimes or even if you want to try the bars and clubs of Laganas or Argassi, Alykes is a perfect base to explore the beautiful island of Zakynthos. Daily boat trips leave from the pier beside Maritimus Excelsior for the world-famous Shipwreck Beach and Blue Caves. We designed this property to create a holiday home that blends well with the natural landscape. Environmentally-friendly materials underpinned the construction and a selection of bright colours were used to reflect the colour of the sea and the Greek sun. The name Maritimus is inspired by a native plant, the sea daffodil (Pancratium maritimum), a protected species which can be seen growing on Alykes beach.

Benetia apartment 3 / private cove/ 1 kayak /6 SUP

We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, diving, you can see fish and star fish. We have 1 kayak for 2 people and 6 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are 2 beaches, some restaurants and traditional tavernas, mini-markets, bars.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful, spacious villa in this peaceful seaside area Just a 2 minute walk from 2 beaches, you can make use of paddle boards, and pushbikes to explore the area on land and sea, or have us organize a quad or car to see even more of this stunning island. Walking distance from seaside restaurants/snack bars, and 1km away from the village centre with even more choice, but with the stunning views and beaches on your doorstep, you won’t want to travel far!

A beautiful secluded beach and a lush garden make this an ideal island getaway for those in search of a peaceful holiday, immersed in nature. In a large garden are three modern, spacious apartments, suitable for solo travelers, couples or families. The smallest apartment is an open space studio, while the largest has two floors and 3 bedrooms. A short, 3 minute walk leads to a quiet beach with few visitors. Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

Located in Skala, this beachfront home is the perfect choice for a vacation within a popular destination while being within walking distance to restaurants, bars,beach-bars, watersports, Atm's , supermarkets, shops and anything you should require. Great location with direct access to the beach. The place is very quiet and offers superb views of the sea. Enjoy the breathtaking views, beautiful established gardens and the direct access to the beach which is just across the street.

Just a few private steps...that's all it takes to get down to one of the top rated "Blue Flag" beaches of the island. The four bedrooms, four bathrooms (three ensuite), large family/dining room combined with a balcony which offers breathtaking views of sunrise/sunset/sea believe it creates the ideal location for a private stress free getaway. Very close to the capital and airport (both five minutes by car). Pet friendly. The proof is in the pudding...

Our villa is the perfect getaway. The apartments are comfortable and the views stunning. Right below there's a crystal clear non organized beach. Only 10min away by the shore you can access restaurants and beach bars at Megas Lakkos beach. The villa offers two (2) 55m2 apartments on the ground floor and a 110m2 family apartment on the first floor. Each apartment has it's own private entrance and a parking spot.
