"Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot.

A beautiful beach that is only about 40 m away, will surprise you with its clear, warm waters and picturesque coastline. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, leaving room with well-equipped kitchen, outside shower. Nice veranda will allow you to spend great time with your beloved. The shaded parking place is big enough for the cars of all our guests. We offer FREE airport transfer on arrival.

Benetia apartment 3 / private cove/ 1 kayak /6 SUP

We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, diving, you can see fish and star fish. We have 1 kayak for 2 people and 6 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are 2 beaches, some restaurants and traditional tavernas, mini-markets, bars.

A popular destination with anything you should require like restaurants, tavernas, bars, supermarkets all within reach. ATM's and car or bike rentals are all within walking distance as are the golden sand crystal clear water beaches. They are centrally located where you have easy access to a mini supermarket and a great restaurant (Petrino). There are walking trails that leads you to quiet a few beaches and lots of exploring.
