Είναι μία νεόχτιστη πέτρινη τριώροφη μεζονέτα όπου στο ξεχωριστό κάτω όροφο μένουν οι ιδιοκτήτες. Το σπίτι είναι διαρρυθμισμένο στο ισόγειο κουζίνα, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και WC και στον 1 όροφο είναι 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του. Είναι μόλις 3km από το λιμάνι και 4km από το τουριστικό Μπατσί. Η παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ από την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια , πρατήριο άρτου και σούπερ μάρκετ

Δωμάτιο 20 τμ με εξαιρετικη θεα μολις 5 λεπτα απο το κεντρο του οικισμου Μπατσιου και μόλις 3 λεπτα με τα πόδια από την παραλία, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, ιδανική για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση. Το δωμάτιο είναι άνετο, με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, κλιματισμό, ψυγείο, Wi-Fi και πρόσβαση σε αυλή με τραπέζι. Η περιοχή είναι ήρεμη και φιλική, με δυνατότητα δωρεάν πάρκινγκ κοντά. Σε κοντινή απόσταση θα βρείτε καφέ, ταβέρνες, σούπερ μάρκετ και στάση λεωφορείου. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και μοναχικούς ταξιδιώτες.

Διαμέρισμα 60 τμ. 5 ατόμων μπροστά στη θάλασσα στην παραλία του Νειμποριού, με θέα τη Χώρα Άνδρου & το απέραντο γαλάζιο. Βρίσκεται εντός ιστορικού πέτρινου κτηρίου του 1837. Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα δεύτερο κλειστό δωμάτιο που έχει τη χρήση καθιστικού και μετατρέπεται σε υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 καναπέδες-κρεβάτια & το χώρο κουζίνας πάνω από την οποία και το μπάνιο, υπάρχει ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. in the old town of Hora

this is a charming ground floor flat in the historic part of Hora. The kitchen entrance opens to a large patio with benches and tables, a private enclosed yard where you can sit and have your meals. Ideal also for young children as a play area. The house is large, 90sq m and airy with one large living space with 1 bed and two sofas suitable for children, a separate bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with showers, the one en suite with the bedroom.

Couple room ❤️

The couple room is a room with special view the sunset and the beach of Mpatsi .The square of Mpatsi is 200meters from the room and 100meters from the taxi station.The couple room is the best solution for couples that want romance and spend the day at the beach.behind the room we have a garden as you see at the photos.**clarification(the bed that you see at couple room is suitable for two persons)This year we restored the wc new photos are uploaded!!!

The apartment is located in Batsi, Andros, in the Stivari area. It is a five-minute walk from Batsi square. It is located on the mezzanine with a view of the garden and the sea, it consists of 1 double bed and next to a separate area there are 2 single beds, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, It has a large terrace with a view of the sea and the garden. The apartment accommodates 4 people.

1879 house. It has been in our family for generations... Renovated with love and respect to its traditional elements. Surrounded by nature's beauty, it is serene and peaceful. Aegean Breeze in Batsi

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται μέσα στο Μπατσί. Εύκολα με τα πόδια προσβάσημη η παραλία/κέντρο του Μπατσίου όπου βρίσκονται όλα τα μαγαζιά. Είκοσι μέτρα από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει όλο το καλοκαίρι δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Το διαμέρισμα είναι καινούριο, ευρύχωρο και ζεστό, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα.
