Very lovely and cozy apartment in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is located just 7 minutes uphill walk from Rustavelli Avenue, and therefore has a beautiful view of the whole city. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.

I am a set and an interior designer and since I didn’t want to make a standard renovation, it doesn’t look like a hotel accommodation. In this place I tried to make an enchanting synthesis of a set and an interior.

Any interesting part of the city can be reached on foot and is really close from our place. Everything is near: Theatre and Opera buildings, old churches, museums, cafes and restaurants.

The room with a balcony is located in the city center, in 100 meters from Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. The house is located in the historical part of Tbilisi, in authentic yard, former territory of “Sololaki Gardens”. The surrounding gives the best impression of the old city. There is a small beautiful garden adjacent to the house, so you can relax in the patio surrounding by flowers, greenery and good views of Mtatsminda mountain.
