I put a lot of love and effort into renovating and designing every detail to create a cozy, unique atmosphere. In the building there is a restaurant and a bar, a spa center with swimming pool (not included in the booking price) and your personal 2 Ski-depots, where you can keep 4 pair of skies (included in the booking price). This block is unique because it has Ski-in and Ski-out. The building has it's own open-door free parking space. Several restaurants, cafes, and markets are available within walking distance (5-10 min).

The apartment is located in New Gudauri, 200 meters from the Gondola, and ski lift is 50 meters from block. Guests have access to a,restaurant, café, casino, ski rental and most importantly, everything is extremely near. Guests have access to the whole apartment (studio): kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe and all the necessary amenities, also this apartment have a ski depot, on first floor of block . Most importantly, the apartment has an excellent panoramic view of the mountains.
