A your complete disposal on the second floor are cozy bedroom and a big balcony, where you can enjoy a glass of Georgian wine or a cup of coffee. On the ground floor there are dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Vere district is one of the most prestigious, old and authentic parts of the city.

Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

The interior of the house is in an authentic Georgian style, following steps of our ancestor who was a painter as well.In a pergola outside you will be able to chill out tasting our family made wine from our eco clean vineyards. Private house with beautiful garden is located in one of the prestigious part of Tbilisi - Vake. Famous Vake Park is located from 750meters from the house. House is perfect for big groups and for nice family trips.

apartment is located in the old district of city center, only 3 minute walk to the subway station Rustaveli at historical Kakabadzeebi st. The location is perfect as you don’t need any public transport, you can walk everywhere. It's semi-BASEMENT(!), with windows. The house has status of cultural heritage ( built at the end of 19th century). You will have a private entrance, airco, kitchenette, microwave, iron, fridge, private bathroom, cosy room and TOP location.

Our small house - cozy and comfortable like a real bird nest is located in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main street - Rustaveli avenue, behind the former parliament building in main historical part of Tbilisi. The House is built more than 200 years ago, but recently renovated and equipped with all necessary household devices, kitchen utensils and amenities specially for our guests.
