The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Close to Lytham, Blackpool, Ribby Hall & BAE

Conveniently located for visiting the many attractions on the Fylde Coast which are easily accessed via the A584 leading to Lytham, St Annes on Sea, Blackpool, Cleveleys and Fleetwood. Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Local villages include Croston and Eccleston, perfect location to enjoy boutique shops and excellent home made food in the local pubs and restaurants. Our property is a large renovated farm house equipped with everything you might need for a weekend or a few of months! First floor accommodation, quiet residential area

It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.
